Admission Procedure

  • LBMT HS will announce commencement of
    - Admissions by publishing dates for issue and submission of applications form in the notice boards of all our schools.
    -Application forms will available at the school in office for classes where seats are available, on payment of the prescribed fee.
    -Completed application forms should be submitted with all the enclosures and prescribed registration fee on or before the date specified by the school. The Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for other purpose.
     
    Documents to be submitted while applying for admission
    Duly filled in and signed registration form.
    2 passport size latest colour photographs of the child and one each of the parent.
    A photocopy of the child’s Adhar Card.
    A photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Passport copy as Date   of Birth proof.
    Photocopies of previous two years final Report Cards for classes.
