Commerce Lab

This Lab aims to emphasize the importance of practical application of knowledge gained through theory. It also brings out the innovativeness, creativeness of the students and also makes them keep abreast of the latest happenings in the field of commerce.

Commerce Lab provide practical insights to students on matters relating to Trade, Intellectual Property, Commerce, E-commerce, Foreign Trade, Banking, Financial Instruments, and Financial Industry and also provide practical exposure to the different processes, procedures and practices used in commerce based businesses.

Besides creating an interest in students, the labs also help in developing entrepreneurial capabilities and personality development.

One of the major objectives of a Commerce Lab is the introduction to the various instruments and documents used daily in commerce based applications and services such as:

• Banking forms
• E-commerce related documents
• Trademark related information
• Taxation and Auditing documents
• Business forms
• Stock Exchanges and Shares
• Insurance and many more.

Library:

The library is a key to the world of knowledge and acquisition of knowledge will help enlighten the personality of an individual at the vital, spiritual and mental levels and will inculcate social virtues and foster intellectual development to make him a worthy citizen.

College has well-managed library with the UGC funds released for every five years. To keep pace with the ever-expanding field of knowledge the library is being updated from time to time with the latest curriculum and non-curriculum books.

Library has a rich collection of books capable of meeting the changing needs and demands of present and future was established along with the inception of the College. The collection includes more than 8000 books. It is indeed a book lover’s paradise and oasis for the knowledge thirsty people.

Computer Lab

Computer education has become the part and parcel of the college education and it introduces to world of information and data processing. This lab is quite imperative in educating the students about the wise and efficient use of the computer. The lab houses more than 20 computers and they have the recent versions of the software. Computer lab also has an internet connection which helps them to learn internet concepts and Web related languages like HTML etc.

Class Room

All the Class rooms have Projectors and Retractable white screen and a laptop to facilitate digital class room teaching for the faculty. Whole campus is under CCTV surveillance which makes the campus safe for students.
