DR.CH. DAL PADAL, PRINCIPAL

1. Dr. Ch. Dal Padal, Principal of this College has been awarded Ph.D. Degree from Krishna University,  Machilipatnam on 05-12-2020 on  the topic  “  Impact of Micro Finance activities on Self Help Groups  (SHG’s) towards inclusive growth (A Case Study of Ranga Reddy District). ”
2. He was also honoured by Krishna University, Vice-Chancellor,  Registrar and Dean , Faculty of Commerce and Management for his Ph.D. output.  And he honoured by the Management and Commissioner of Collegiate Sri Naveen Mittal, IAS on his Ph.D. findings.
3. Dr. Ch. Dal Padal, has been promoted as Principal of Aided Post on 08-2-2021 through Selection Committee.
4. He has published an article title “ Perceptions and performance of SHG’s in the International Peer –reviewed Journal Paideuma (Online) Volume 22 issue 22 Page No. 571 to 582 with the ISSN No. 2394-5125. ”
5. He has published an   article “ Industry 4.O  and its impact on supply chain “  in volume – VIII, issue-III (Winter) 2021 in Kanpur Philosophers journal with ISSN 2348-8301.
6. He has published an article “ impact of Micro Finance factors on self help groups with reference to Medak District : A Study ”  in International Journal of Paideuma  with ISSN No. 0090-5674 in the year 2021.
7. He also participated and presented paper in  two day International online Conference on innovation and sustainability through e-stem entitled solid waste management for environment sustainability which is organized by faculty of education, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, deemed to be University,  Chennai,  Tamilnadu.
8. He has participated in  Webinar on “Employment opportunities in Indian Insurance Sector “ organized by Department of Commerce and Management, Krishna University, Machilipatnam on 7th Nov. 2020.
9. He has participated and presented a paper (online) entitled “ Industry 4.O  and its impact on supply chain “ in ICCEMIS, an AICTE sponsored International Conference organized by Bharati Vidyapeet’s Institute of Management Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai on 22nd Oct. 2021.
10. He has participated and presented (online) paper title “ Women empowerment through  social empowerment “  ( a social perspective ) in International Conference organized by Ramanandathirtha Marathwada Unversity on the topic Women’s empowerment :  “ issues and challenges “   on 5th April, 2021.
11. He has received an appreciation certificate from the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, Central Board of Direct Taxes  for the financial year 2019-20 as a appreciation with Bronze category.
12. He has participated online one day national webinar on “ new agriculture reforms in India   2020 :  Concerns, issued and impact organized by Department of Commerce and Economics,  BVSP Mandals, BapuraojiButle Arts, Narayanrao Bhat Commerce &Bapusaheb Patil Science College, Maharashtra  on  29th January, 2021.
