Academic PLAN - 2022-2023 AS PER THE PROCEEDINGS OF BIE.

• College timings are 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM. The first bell will be given at 10.00 AM. Hence all the students should be in the class by 9.55 A.M for the morning assembly and prayer.
• All the students are to appear for all the exams and tests failing which, hall tickets will not be issued for IPE –March – 2023.
• All the Students should attend classes regularly and put in 75% attendance. A list of students having less than 75% attendance will be displayed in the first week of every month on notice board. Attendance of all the students will be sent to the board’s District Screening Committee every month. Hall tickets of such students having less than 75% attendance will not be issued to the college by the Board. Hence these students will not be able to appear as regular students. SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number in case of absence.
• Report Cards will be given to the parents by the class in-charges and the students have to bring their parents to take the reports and return the same within two days to the class in-charge.
• Syllabus in all the subjects will be completed by 30-12-2022.
• Parents are expected to attend all Parent Teacher/ Parent Principal Meetings without fail. Please understand that these meetings aim at a united effort to help students achieve the best.
• In Case of a student’s irregularity in attending classes/ exams or academic performance or behavioral problems we need quick response from the parents for immediate rectification of the problem.
• Students should come to college decently dressed. They are not permitted to carry / use mobile phones in college premises.
• SC, ST, BC, and Minority students have to apply for the concerned scholarships online when the government announces, and submit the applied form along with the copies and original certificates concerned to the student to the office before the last date announced by the government for the processing of the same.
• All important massages (SMS) will be sent to the registered mobile number.
