Commencing with a robust enrollment of 6000 students, the institution was supported by a dedicated staff of 400 and a substantial donation, showcasing the community's trust and support. The 1950s saw the establishment of the Hindi Medium Agarwal Adhyamik Vidyalaya and the renowned NB Science College, marking the diversification into varied educational streams. From the first evening science and commerce college in 1964 to the Shankarlal Dhanraj Signodia Women’s Art College in the early 1970s, Agarwal Shiksha Samiti expanded its horizons significantly. I feel blessed and fortunate to be the czar of this eminent institution which is leaving no stone unturned in shaping the students’ future since 99 years.
As it is rightly said by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. “ Therefore, if we want one society, our country to become a better place, our focus should be on quality education. Agarwal Siksha Samiti is committed in grooming the future citizens.
We have drafted plans to modify the curriculum as per the New Education Policy – 2020 to keep up with the dynamic changes & modifications.
At AGLSS our endeavor is to constantly upgrade our course structure as required by District EducationalOfficer, Board of Intermediate Education, Osmania University, & All India council for Technical Education (AICTE) & also to keep our faculty attuned to the latest development in the field of education.
We as the envoys, represent the continuity of the thought process of our founders, carrying forward the opulent legacy of Agarwal Siksha Samiti.
